Our Approach
We believe that true flavor cannot be rushed. That is why our meat is prepared using traditional slow-cooking methods, allowing it to simmer gently in hand-ground spices until it is perfectly tender and infused with depth. Whether it’s the smoky char of a North Indian tandoori-style dish or the tangy zest of a Southern sambar, we don't take shortcuts. Our chutneys are made fresh, and our filter coffee is brewed exactly the way it has been for generations.
